EnglishThese oils are formulated with mineral base oils that, according to their version, are apt for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous metals and for ferrous metals used in severe mechanical processes.
They contain emulsifier additives which easily enable milky emulsion, stability over time and with a high cooling and rust preventing action.
Moreover, the presence of antibacterial additives against putrescence ensures long lasting loads during operation.
The types of emulsionable oils are used in perforations, turnings and saw cutting of free-machining steel and yellow alloys, in machining aluminum and its alloys, or in complex working of alloyed steels, particularly in cooling band saws.
In high percentage, for broaching and perforating operations as well as deep perforations ad anyhow according to workings and material, they may replace neat oils.
Emulsionable oils are available in bulk and packaged.
