EnglishThey are neat cutting oils for metals oils for cutting metals, formulated with selected base oils and aptly additivated to satisfy, according to their version, the various requirements of cutting and threading of ferrous and non ferrous metals, hard and stainless steels, copper and its alloys.
They can contain lubricity additives , chlorine- based extreme pressure additives , or inactive chlorine and sulphur not to stain copper and its alloys, or active chlorine and sulphur to process stainless steel as well as special emulsifiers to make the complete removal possible simply using water.
They ensure long life to the tool, excellent surface finishings to pieces and prime lubrication and cooling properties.
The high flash point does not create fumes or fogs and does not generate annoying smells.
They are used for cutting operations, both for generic undemanding ones (universal use on automatic machines for ferrous and non-ferrous materials), and complex ones on tough and stainless steel, as well as precision metal parts of ferrous metals and not on machines for general use, external threading with a hobbing or rolling machine, manual or machine internal threading.
They are available in bulk and packaged.
