Medicinal white oils

WHITE MEDICINAL OILS are colorless, odorless, tasteless and completely free from aromatic polycyclic hydrocarbons (APH). They are thus non-toxic and apt for direct contact with human beings.

They are available in various viscosities, from the more fluid to the more viscous.

WHITE MEDICINAL OILS are used in the pharmaceutical industry as raw material to prepare balms, tablets, moisturizers, etc. and in the cosmetics industry for beauty products. Specifically, the more viscous ones, thanks to their approvals, are also used in the food industry to lubricate machine parts which operate in contact with food and for the production of plastic materials for food grade.

Medical white oils conform to purity regulations provided for by the Official Italian Pharmacopoeia, Europea UItima Ed. and to American laws F.D.A. 21 CFR 178.3620 (a) and F.D.A. 21 CFR 172.878. They also comply with many International Pharmacopoeias.
